What makes these leads different from a generic lead vendor?

Every consumer completes a structured finance profile — vehicle intent, employment, annual income, self-rated credit, housing status, down payment, and trade-in — before they reach your CRM. You know the shape of the deal before you dial.

How are leads delivered?

Leads are matched to your dealership in real time based on province and your available daily capacity, then emailed to your team immediately. Every lead also appears in your dealer portal.

Can I control how many leads I get?

Yes. Set a daily cap in your account, and once you hit it delivery pauses automatically until the next day. You can pause your account entirely at any time — there's no lock-in contract.

What if a lead is a bad match — wrong province, unreachable, etc.?

Log the outcome as "lost" with a note in the portal. We use portal activity to keep matching quality high, and our team reviews recurring issues with any dealer partner.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly in CAD. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at the end of any billing cycle — contact your account rep or email dealers@carapprovalhub.ca.

Do I need any special software to use the portal?

No. The dealer portal runs in any modern browser — no installs, no plugins. Export to CSV any time if you want to pull leads into your own CRM.

Can more than one person at my dealership log in?

Yes, depending on your plan. Starter includes one seat; Growth includes three; Pro includes unlimited seats. Contact us to add additional users to your account.

Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?

No setup fee, and plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by contacting your account rep.
